How to Place REQs for CTE

We are not changing the REQ process we are just changing how you submit REQ’s

  • Access the Google Form: Attached is the Google Form titled “CTE REQ Submission Form”

  • Fill out the Form: Complete all the required fields in the Google Form, Including your program, Type of purchase etc.

  • Attach Completed REQ: Ensure that you have completed the required Request (REQ) document. Attach this document to the Google Form.

  • Attach Cart/Quote: Attach the cart or quote associated with your order. This document provides details about the items or services you wish to procure, including quantities, prices, shipping and tax.

  • Follow-Up as Needed: Monitor the progress of submitted REQs and follow up as needed in the shared spreadsheet.

I’ll will share a Google Spreadsheet with all CTE Teachers , where each program has its own tab.   Once you complete a request by submitting the Google Form, I’ll receive a notification indicating a new submission, that submission will show up on the spreadsheet, where each program has its own tab. This allows us to communicate directly about your order within the respective tab designated for your program. In the spreadsheet, you can utilize the commenting feature and mention me using “@”, so I’ll receive an email notification whenever a comment is made. Directly writing in the spreadsheet won’t trigger notifications for me. This allows for efficient communication and coordination of orders. If there are any updates or changes regarding the orders, I’ll make sure to communicate them within the spreadsheet

We are currently awaiting the final disbursement of funds for the fiscal year. Please submit all REQs needed to conclude this School year and any REQs aimed at preparing your program for for success at the start of the next School year.

  • Compile Required REQs: Submit all REQs you anticipate needing to finish out the current school year and to set your program up for success in the next school year. This may include supplies, services, equipment, or any student travel or certifications.

  • Prioritize Requests: Prioritize REQs based on urgency, necessity, and strategic importance to your program.

  • In addition, feel free to include any wish list items—products or resources that would enhance your program but are not essential for its successful operation.
